Booking & Cancellation

By making a booking with Asturion, you agree to the terms below.
2. No refunds
All fees paid for bookings, packages, plans and subscriptions are non-refundable. This includes cancellations by you, late cancellations, and no-shows.
3. Cancellations and rescheduling by you
- You may request to reschedule a session up to 48 hours before the start time, subject to availability.
- If you cancel within 48 hours, the session may be treated as used and no refund will be given.
4. Cancellations or changes by us
If we need to cancel, you will be offered a new date or credit for a future booking.
5. Packages, plans and subscriptions
Unused sessions cannot be carried over beyond the expiry date.
